Projections by the independent polling website ElectionMapsUK show there are just a handful of votes separating the SNP and Lib Dems here in Argyll & Bute.
With the Holyrood seat only ever having been won by the Lib Dems or SNP since its creation, independent experts are expecting a photo finish on 7th May in Argyll and Bute SNP 33%, LIB DEM 29%, REF 17%, CON 10%, GRN 7%.
After 18 years of SNP failure in Government, more and more people are backing the Lib Dems to beat them in Argyll & Bute.

Rural communities worst hit by Chancellor’s new electric car charge
Liberal Democrats criticised the Chancellor’s decision to introduce a new 3p-a-mile charge for electric cars from 2028 and warned that rural parts of Scotland could be the worst hit. This charge is estimated to cost drivers around £250 a year on average.
