Lib Dems criticise SNP for sewage leaks

Liberal Democrat analysis of sewage figures showed that over the last two years sewage was dumped on 924 occasions into the Kyles of Bute, 906 times into Seil Sound, as well as many times in other places around the coast of Argyll & Bute.
Alan Reid said:
"To turn the tide on the sewage scandal, the Liberal Democrats have published plans for a Clean Water Act that would bring our sewage network into the 21st century and clamp down on dumping.”
